Because we operate as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier, our return and refund guidelines are structured to handle commercial, bulk, and freight-delivered orders efficiently.
Please review our return policy below before requesting an exchange or return.
1. General Return Eligibility & Window
30-Day Return Window: Return requests for standard stock items must be submitted within 30 calendar days of order delivery.
Return Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team. Products returned without an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be refused at our receiving dock and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, un-opened, in their original manufacturer packaging, and in saleable condition, complete with all included accessories, manuals, and bulk inner cartons.
2. Non-Returnable & Restrictive Items
To ensure health, safety, and inventory integrity, the following product categories are final sale and non-returnable:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Hygiene Supplies: Open or opened boxes of gloves, face masks, face shields, and sanitizing solutions.
Custom & Special Orders: Products ordered specifically for your enterprise, custom packaging, or non-catalog custom configurations.
Clearance & Discontinued Items: Final sale items clearly marked as clearance or closeout.
3. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs
Standard Restocking Fee: Authorized returns for non-defective stock items (e.g., Buyer’s remorse, accidental duplicate order, or buyer ordering incorrect sizes/SKUs) are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee to cover warehouse intake, re-inspection, and restocking operations.
Return Freight: The Customer is responsible for all shipping and freight costs associated with returning the product to our distribution warehouse.
Original Shipping Fees: Initial outbound freight and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of an error on our part.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Mis-shipped Freight Claims
We take extreme care in packaging and routing bulk goods, but shipping mishaps can occasionally happen.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect all package contents and pallet shipments immediately upon arrival.
Freight Packaging Damage: If a freight delivery arrives with visible box or pallet damage, you must note “Damaged Outer Packaging” on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) prior to signing for the shipment.
48-Hour Reporting Window: Any concealed damage, product defect, or missing item count must be reported to sales@commercialsuppliers.net within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution: For verified damaged or mis-shipped items reported within 48 hours, Commercial Suppliers will issue a prepaid return label / freight pick-up and ship replacement goods at no additional cost or issue a full credit refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)
Request an RMA: Send an email to sales@commercialsuppliers.net or call 801-919-6460 with the following details:
Your Order Number / Invoice Number
Product SKU and Quantity to be returned
Reason for return (attach clear photos if items arrived damaged)
Receive RMA Instructions: Once approved, our team will issue an RMA number along with the designated return warehouse shipping address.
Ship the Return: Securely package the items (write the RMA number clearly on the outer shipping label, not on the product box) and ship using a trackable carrier.
Inspection & Refund Processing: Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the return. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (or issued as B2B account credit) within 5 to 7 business days.
